I have contacted this seller many times. I ordered this in Dec, and still have not received the item I purchased. I was charged and no merchandise.

I wouldn’t know what this product is like – it never arrived. They had to just issue a refund.

STAY AWAY!!!!
This high-maintenance mug will leave you heart-broken.
Bought a ceramic/silicone combo coffee cups because of the smell factor that stainless steel cups eventually take on. Nothing prepared me for the stench that this came with using this cup ONCE!
Washed this cup and lid, poured on cup of coffee (black) into it and immediantly some chemical reaction happened to the point of after the second sip, my stomach turned and I dumped everything out left the cup in the sink and grabbed the standby coffee cup to head to work.
The stench and staining that ONE CUP OF COFFEE has damaged at the molecular level is amazing.
Save yourself from wasting $20, go to the Salvation Army and buy up a bunch of cermaic mugs and proceed to destroy through commuting. $20 should buy about 40 cups.

The cups are good. Same as @ Starbucks, but without the branding or the steep price.
One lid has torn near the mouth hole, but I expected to buy more silicone lids anyway.
Keeps coffee reasonably warm and trendy.

its not plastic, metal, or paper. The only material that i would like better is glass.
its not the kind of ceramic you would find in a standard coffee cup. the manufacturing process is similar to a toilet. the outside is sand blasted to create a good grip, which even works when wet. the package says to use toothpaste to clean, no joke. the cup doesn’t flavor the coffee and is more comfortable to carry around than a paper cup with a jacket, and I get hit on by a couple of green birds on my way back to the office, they think the toilet cup is sexy. I say, your coffee is worth being held in a proper coffee holding vessel, and you get to look at the common folk with their paper with utter disgust, and you’d save money because its cheaper than a prius.
