    the cleansing that Ophena shows at the very beginning is a great thing. It really works for people who have sinusitis. It saved me long time ago. I used to have a chronic sinusitis. Antibiotics helped at first, but later problem was coming back.
    *** Advice for people who use neti pot – Once it helps people tend to stop using it, Do Not stop. Continue doing this for few more days even if you feel good.

    Soo many films I have not even heard of…Might look into them. the secret and The Bleep are brilliant.

    My recomendation: Search on youtube for Bashar.

    Into The Wild… I really liked learning about his adventure – it’s based on a true story. Have you seen it? Seven Years In Tibet… like that one too…GIA is one of my top favorites. Anyhow, I am a big fan of psychothrillers. Thanks for all your great recommendations! I have only seen a few of them!

    Great movie picks. I love to watch Neverending Story even today, those types of movies are the ones that I connect with the most and they never get old. I have one you can add to the list, which you might have seen also…(Dark Crystal). It was a movie way ahead of its time, that was about the great planetary alignment and a shifting in Universal consciouness. Oh I forgot another good one is..(Legend) with Tom Curse and that girl from Ferris Bueller.
